At With Jéan, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't quite right, we offer returns for store credit or exchanges within 21 days of delivery, provided items are in their original condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original garment tags and hygiene seals remain intact and untampered with.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing & Credit

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, we will issue your store credit or process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
